This is a method that was given as a presentation to the BIBBA conference in the Isle of Man in September 2016 by Dutch beekeeper, Jeroen Vorstman. The pdf (button top left) was an article that Jeroen wrote for BBKA News as a result of the presentation. The title is "Queen Rearing Simplified", which is rather apt, although it best suits beekeepers who require greater numbers of colonies. I know one commercial beekeeper who listened to Jeroen's presentation and uses the method.
