Inductor L1
This is a choke value 18.8 Henrys.
Inductor L2
This 40.8 Henry choke will require a substantial core size and many turns of fine wire.

HT Inverter Transformer
Some sorts of transformer recovered from a 6v power supply may well be pressed into service to do this duty.
